Race Cars

Typically, a sports car (or sportscar) is a two door, two seat automobile that is specifically built for nimble handling and spirited performance.  Sports cars may either be luxurious or Spartan, but always possess extreme maneuverability and are of as little weight as possible.

In car racing, the car or racing setup defines the set of adjustments applied to the automobile to optimize its overall behavior, and specifically in terms of reliability, handling, and performance, among others. Some adjustments can also be made on the engine, brakes, suspensions, tires, transmissions, and on many other car parts.
